I would like to thank the MLAA committee for inviting me to judge their club open show. It was an honour to have so many lovely exhibits to judge and thank you to all the exhibitors.

BABY PUPPY DOG (2)

1. Yaxley's Dardanelles Robbi Williams

4 month old gold/white still maturing but liked his shape and he is already nicely balanced. Pleasing head, dark eye, teeth still coming through. He has a happy, confident movement and good coat for age. Good lay of shoulder and straight foreleg.

2. Devereux & Richardson-Black's Belazieth Fast'N'Furious

4 month old black/white, smaller and lighter built than 1, still very much a baby. Liked his head and expression, would prefer slightly more angulation in shoulder. Adequately proportioned, good rear angulation.

6 month old gold/white, loved his shape and substance, strong neck, well placed shoulders, Straight forelegs, level topline, Correct head proportions. Dark eye, black nose. Perfectly balanced on the move, coat of good texture and well presented. BPD & BPIS

2. Adam-Slomkowski's Frank Dreamed A Dream At Skylax

6 month old gold, happy puppy with a masculine & balanced outline. I liked his head in particular which was proportioned correctly with a moderately narrow skull, dark eyes and correct muzzle ratio. Moved well and in good coat

1. Cleaver's Wrenwrox Kings Vow Into Risondock

11 month black, Masculine and well balanced, heavily coated with coat being of correct texture. Good outline, Correct head on strong neck. Well ribbed back, strong loin, high set tail. Straight forelegs and round feet. Moved well without losing outline.

1. Hattrell's Ithera In Your DreamsAt Khinjan JW

16 month old in super condition.Masculine throughout, profusely coated. Very balanced and sturdy, Well ribbed, straight front, well placed shoulders. Head is of correct balance with straight foreface and medium stop. High set tail. Free and jaunty movement. Expertly handled. RBD

2. Harris' Vonstry What A Stunner

Smaller framed than 1 but just as balanced. Excellent shoulder placement and straight forelegs. Also well ribbed back and strong loin. Level topline. Well coated, moved with ease.

YEARLING DOG (9)

1. Forsyth's Nadarley Majestic Murphy

18 month smart male. Well constructed with good shoulder placement, straight foreleg and well angulated rear. Good head carried on a strong neck of moderate length. Level topline and high set tail. Moved really well with correct movement.

2. Chalmers' Chethang Wilson

20 month of similar type to 1. Loved his sturdy frame with ample ribbing, strong loin and balanced throughout. Well textured coat and good masculine head. Would have just preferred a little more length to neck to complete the picture.

1. Cleaver's Risondock Ace I Could Keep

Caught my eye entering the ring. Has a lot of presence. Loved his head, not too narrow or coarse, masculine but without excess. Dark, frontally placed eyes, good dentition and straight foreface. Nicely ribbed up, excellent topline and parallel hocks. Well coated and moved with a clean gait.

2. Birkett's SifrasonsTake It Easy

3 year old gold boy, perfectly balanced and compact. Nice lay of shoulder, well ribbed up and well developed hindquarters. Good coat of correct texture, high set tail, moved lovely and well presented.

Gold dog, really exudes breed type. Excellent for size and substance, good strong neck into well placed shoulders. lovely head with correct length to muzzle, straight foreface. Ribbed well back, strong loin and good rear angulation. Profuse coat in excellent condition, expertly handled. Best Dog & Best Opposite Sex

2. Gillman's Bellellen Magic Mike With Mytilene JW

Another excellent example of the breed, confident and lively. Moderate skull with dark oval eyes, black nose and good dentition. Level topline, straight front, well ribbed and high set tail. Confident mover.

Really well put together, excellent conformation and balance. Masculine head, honest and sturdy. Well coated, straight forelegs, flat feet. Well ribbed back with strong loin. Parallel hocks, fluid movement.

2. Yaxley's CH Zentarr Gordon At Dardanelles

Well presented in great condition. Liked him for size and breed type. Lovely arched neck and pleasing lay of shoulder. Level topline, moderate rear angulation, moved well.

10 yr old in excellent condition for his age and still great dentition. Standing he presented an excellent outline and was balanced. On the move he kept his shape. Proud head carriage, strong neck and pleasing angulation front and rear.

2. Watts' CH Timazinti Btitskii At Kenida

7yr old, well proportioned. Liked his head proportions and rear angulation. A breed typical sturdy lhasa. Would have just preferred straighter forelegs.

5 month old. Sassy and alert and full of confidence! Feminine, nicely bodied and sturdy for her age, maturing well. Liked her front assembly, coat coming through. Moved with confidence. High set tail. She will mature into a really lovely example of the breed. Best Baby Puppy In Show

2. Seal's Lhasenna Lepa Daayan Prue

5 months old, slightly leggier than class winner but still balanced. Nice head shape, dark eyes, sweet expression. Good neck, well angled shoulder and straight front.

6 month smart black/white. Lovely head with strong foreface, good length to neck giving a balanced outline. Well placed shoulder and ribbed well back. High set tail, strong loin. Sturdy and compact for onec so young.

2. Hall's Shenedene Two Faced

6 month sable/white. Excellent for size, shape and outline. Feminine head on strong neck. Nicely ribbed, straight front and correct rear angulation.

Caught my eye entering the ring.

11 month smart black girl. Super feminine yet sturdy. Loved her shape and outline. Great head with moderately narrow skull, strong foreface of correct length, dark, frontally placed eyes, good dentition. Straight forelags, elbows tight to body, well ribbed back. Level topline, high set tail, moved with drive. RBPIS

18 month gold beautifully presented. Classic lines with no exaggerated features. Feminine yet robust with good substance. Liked her front and rear angulation and strong neck carrying a proud head. Well coated with correct texture, level topline, high set tail. Free, jaunty mover.

2. Hinshelwood's Muirfauld Mirror Image

17 month grey/white. Another pleasing specimen with a lovely shape which she kept on the move. Well ribbed, deep chest and elbows tight to body. Straight forelegs. Strong loin and round feet. Well presented.

Feminine girl, lovely strong well arched neck flowing into a good placement of shoulder. Moderate head planes. Straight forelegs, level topline, pleasing rear angulation, parallel hocks. Moved with confidence.

2. Hinshelwood's Muirfauld Fairy Tale JW

Loved her size and shape. Excelled in head with moderately narrow skull, straight foreface and medium stop. Dark eyes and well furnished. Strong neck, compact and moderate throughout. Well coated and presented.

Cream girl, super feminine. Lovely head, good muzzle to skull ratio, dark nose and good dentition. Well ribbed and nice lay of shoulder.Profuse coat in excellent condition. Well muscled rear and lovely mover.

2. Birkett's Littondale Estelle

Litter sister to 1 and of very similar type. Loved her outline, perfectly balanced to the eye. Many of the same attributes of 1, just preferred finish of class winner.

Well placed shoulders, strong loin and sturdy without excess.

3. Gillman's Mytilene Pumpkin Spice JW

1. Hazelhurst's Corrolls Classique

Immediately caught my eye. Classic and stylish black, my notes say exquisite! She is totally balanced and well proportioned with a sturdy but feminine frame. Great head proportions, dark eye, strong foreface. Loved her front angulation, straight forelegs and strong loin. Correct topline held on the move, heavily coated in beautiful condition. Well muscled rear, high set tail. Moved with ease and totally owned the ring. BB & BIS

2. Hall's Shenedene Copy And Paste

Gold girl of excellent type. Strong, balanced and feminine. Perfect topline, well muscled. Couldn't fault her. Lovely lay of shoulder, well ribbed, excellent head, well coated in great condition, handled to perfection. Could easily swap places, I was splitting hairs with these two lovely exhibits.

Beautiful girl, excelled in front construction with exc lay of shoulder, straight forelegs, round feet and well ribbed back. Strong neck, pleasing head and nice rear angulation. with parallel hocks. Sturdy and balanced. Excellent coat in perfect condition. Moved with verve.

2. Phillips' Bentarsna Lucrezia

Well constructed girl. Arched strong neck, good shoulder placement. Adequate front, well developed hindquarters, nicely muscled.

8 year old parti in excellent condition. Really well balanced. Loved her head which has correct shape and strength, adorable expression. Fantastic coat in great condition. She is well muscled. Lovely shape with good height to length ratio. Level topline. Moved really well. BVIS

2. Green's Samorrey Little Moonbeam

10 year old, smaller framed than 1. In good condition for her age. Liked her rear angulation, would have liked better lay of shoulder. Great coat. Pretty and feminine.
