Thank you for the honour of judging this wonderful breed, and this fabulous entry, with some stunning youngsters coming through. I was pleased with my winners and the quality in the classes was simply outstanding, I was on occasion spoilt for choice.Congratulations on running a fabulous show.

1st: 58 TIMAZINTI’S OLIVER

7 month gold of excellent type and balance. Masculine head of good proportions and stop, correct and strong in underjaŵ, good fall and dark oval eye giving super expression. Arched neck leading into well layed shoulder, and good return of upper arm. Firm in body with well carried tail, excellent hindquarters, just needing to tighten with age. In super coat, loved his attitude and great movement in profile for one so young, he has so much potential.

2nd: 39 WRENWROX JASKIER

6 months black & white, compact and in good body. Quite a strong head with dark open oval eye, good width to underjaw. Good shoulder although would like more upperarm, balanced hindquarters, super set on of tail. In good coat and condition, moved well with purpose.

10 month gold of excellent type and balance, loved his proportions and length to neck. Masculine head with correct fall away, dark oval eye, good pigmentation, pendant ears, strong in underjaw and good pigmentation. Loved his expression with glamorous fall. Arched neck of good length, well layed shoulder and correct length of upper arm and width to body. Level topline leading into good set on of tail. Well muscled hindquarters balancing with short well let down hocks. This boy can cover ground with style and jaunty action, a joy to watch in profile holding excellent shape and outline. Gleaming coat, well handled to take best puppy in show. A champion in the making.

2nd : 52 CRYSTAL EYE’S WAM BAM BOOM AT KHUMBILA (IMP DK)

Very eye catching black and white youngster in glorious coat. Compact shape giving pleasing outline and tailset.Typical head with correct skull, stop and ear set. Strong in foreface and under jaw. Dark eye if a little small. Strong neck and good shoulder, would like more upperarm for perfection. Straight front, level topline to sturdy body, balanced hindquarters, firm hocks . Very stylish mover retaining his outline another top draw puppy.

16 month gold of good balance and type. Pleasing head and eye, good stop, just needing to develop in foreface with age. Good neck, well constructed forehand and good bone. Level topline leading into well carried tail. Well muscled hindquarters, but needs to tighten on the move. Excellent profile action holding his shape. Quite a harsh texture to his coat. Just needs maturity.

Beautiful gold at 17 months. Masculine head with all the essentials giving typical expression. Dark oval eye and a good width to underjaw. Correct in skull and ear set. Arched neck, good shoulder and upper arm, sturdy body, compact with good rib, level topline and good tail set. Well muscled hindquarters that he used to move with style and poise. Very handsome boy. He can only get better!In super coat and condition.

16 month old gold tricolour, pleasing head which needs more development to foreface but should come with age. Flat top skull, oval eye and well placed pendant ear and good bite. Arched neck, good forehand construction, compact body and balanced hindquarters. Well carried tail, moved well in profile just needs to tighten in rear. In good coat and condition.

2nd: 4 SIFRASONS TAKE IT EASY

22 month old gold sturdy youngster of good type. Masculine head, flat skull, well placed ears, dark oval eyes but would like better pigmentation. He is a compact dog with good body but would prefer more neck and angle to forehand. Good topline and rear balancing the forehand. He needs more work on the table but moved ok however, couldn’t match winner in profile. In decent coat and good body.

1st: 9 GALLERIO ILL TAKE YOU DANCIN FOR DENZKA

18 month mature gold with sturdy body and super movement. Masculine head, flat skull, good stop and well placed ears. Strong in foreface and underjaw with dark oval eye. Medium neck and level topline , good angles fore and aft, giving excellent jaunty action in side gait and well carried tail, good rib cage and short in loin. In excellent coat and condition.

2nd: 33 KUTANI MOONLIGHT SHADOW OVER TAEMARUS

Black 14 month youngster who is very glamorous in outline and coat. This boy just needs to mature into his frame being a little narrow through as he is just out of puppy. He has a pleasing head, dark oval eye and his fore face is developing nicely with good pigmentation. Loved his neck and outline, level top line and good tail carriage. Moved well with super outline, being well constructed with good shoulder and upper arm and balanced hindquarters. Would love to see him when he matures. A very promising baby.

2 year old gold male with super outline and balance. Masculine head of good proportions, oval dark eye and well placed pendant ears. Good strength to foreface and underjaw, strong arched neck, leading into good shoulder and upper arm. In good body with short loin, well carried tail, and muscular hindquarters which balanced the forehand. He moved with excellent footfall in profile with jaunty action, he’s quite stunning on the move and in super coat and condition. He’s an impressive young dog.

2nd: 16 FOROCHEL CARRADOR

2 1/2 year old gold male, in good coat and condition, with a great body under his coat. Super head and expression, good flat top skull, and fall away, oval eyes, good pigmentation and width to under jaw. Arched neck, good forehand and front assembly. Level top line and well carried tail. He had a good front and depth to chest, with evident forechest. His rear has short well let down hocks and well muscled thigh. He’s a super mover and holds a great shape and outline.

3 1/2 year old gold male of excellent type and size. Loved his head which was so balanced, with flat skull, good stop, balanced foreface and good width to under jaw. Dark oval eye with good pigmentation. Well placed pendant ears. Arched neck, good shoulder and upper arm. He has depth to brisket and a sturdy body with short loin and balanced hindquarters. He moved with great extension in profile and typical jaunty action, holding level topline and well carried tail. A beautiful dog with a super expression, in good jacket and muscular condition.

2nd: 27 ARCHIRONDEL NASA AT SAKSFIFTH

6 year old male of good type and was compact in appearance. He has a good head and masculine outlook, well carried ears, flat skull and good stop. Good width to underjaw, dark eye but would like better shape. He’s a little forward placed in shoulder, so didn’t have the extension of the winner but held his shape on the move with balanced action. He has a good coat and muscular condition .

3 year old gold parti male of excellent breed type. My notes say wow! He’s good for size, balance and proportions with good bone and sturdy body and no mistaking his gender. Fabulous head, masculinity without coarseness. Correct in top skull with good width, well set pendulum ears which framed his face with good fall, good stop and width to foreface and strong in underjaw. Correct nose placement, dark oval eye, giving that typical Lhasa expression. He has a strong arched neck of correct length, excellent shoulder and good return of upper arm. Good width to chest and well developed pro sternum. Well ribbed back and short in loin. Compact and good rib cage, level top line and well carried tail. Well muscled hindquarters, well let down hock, strong and firm. When he moves he has that air of majesty about him, so balanced with a true jaunty action with no roll or deviation. He has great extension in profile really covering the ground and excellent footfall in profile. His coat is perfection, his handling is superb and he ticked all my boxes. Glamorous, gold 3 year old male of excellent breed type and balance. Another with the wow factor. Handsome head, fitting his body type perfectly. Flat top skull, good stop, dark oval eyes, good pigmentation, well placed pendant ears with good fall framing a super expression. Crested reachy neck into good withers and excellent front assembly, with good return of upper arm and depth to chest and pro sternum development. Compact body, well ribbed back and short in loin. Excellent muscled hindquarters with firm hocks and well carried tail. This dog has fabulous coat with superb condition. He has superb extension in profile, holding a great shape on the move with his gold coat flowing with every foot fall. He’s a very exciting dog with true jaunty action who was shown and presented to perfection. It was my pleasure to give him res cc in great company, a quality dog.

Compact strong body, short in loin, well angulated hindquarters and firm hocks. In super coat and condition. He moved with style and balance holding a great shape.

Very promising baby.

6 months baby gold/white of excellent type. Pretty head with all the essentials, giving correct expression. Good top skull, well placed ears, dark oval eye, correct mouth and underjaw. Good length to neck, good shoulder and front. Her topline is rising a little as going through a growth pattern. Good set on of tail and balanced hindquarters. In super coat and condition, moved well in profile.

11 1/2 months, stunning dark gold puppy with all the essentials to go to the top. In good body, compact and short in loin. Level topline with good set on of tail and balanced well angulated hindquarters. When she moves she’s quite special, making accurate footfall, excellent in profile with jaunty action. She is a complete package with that look that could captivate. Beautiful bitch, my best puppy Bitch.

Another beautiful baby of 11 months. Feminine head with dark oval eye, correct in top skull and foreface with plenty width in foreface. Good neck and topline with well carried tail. She is moderately angulated all through and totally balanced. She is in super coat and condition. She held a great shape on the move, accurate down and back but just not the extension of the winner. Very promising.

Dark oval eye, well placed ears and good fall completing the Lhasa look. Long neck, good shoulder and upper arm, well ribbed back and short in loin. Well carried tail and super angulated hindquarters. She moves with precision and in profile with great extension. In super coat, she’s another future star.

Another super black 14 month female with a lot of promise. Feminine head, dark oval eye, well placed ears, good overall balance with good width to under jaw. She has a good crested neck and good shoulder, excellent topline and tailset. Moderate angle to the rear with accurate movement but would have liked more extension in profile.

Excellent width to foreface and underjaw. She has a very compact body, good neck and shoulder. Balanced hindquarters with well carried tail. She has beautiful foot fall and is accurate. Her profile is jaunty with extension, in super coat and condition. Well handled.

14 month gold female and on first impressions she looks like a fur ball but under that coat she is all there. Super head and expression, dark oval eye, classic head and well placed ears. Good width to underjaw. She is a well constructed Bitch throughout and with some training and help from some Lhasa friends she will be transformed. She’s a lovely mover when settled. I was happy to help this new exhibitor, and thank you to the committee for your input to help this gentleman. This is what dog folk are all about. Well done sir, the only way is up.

4 th in puppy. Larger female baby, going through the naughty phase as babies do. She has a good head and type. Good flat skull, well placed ears, with good width to foreface and under jaw. Well constructed all through with good topline and tailset. She just needs to learn her craft but she has plenty of time for that. A lovely baby.

Firstly I can’t believe this beautiful Bitch is 8 years old .Her movement and energy defies her age .Fabulous head and expression , flat top skull, well placed pendant ears Good stop and width through foreface and under jaw , she has good fall framing her head completing the picture with the most arrogant aloof expression .Clean arched neck of good length , flowing into a good shoulder and top line, good return of upper arm , correct in proportion and balance, with Prosternum development and good depth to chest , with good length to leg, she is well ribbed back and short in loin, giving strong core and compact shape , well carried tail, and muscled hindquarters to balance. Her coat is magnificent, deep gold, and it flows in locomotion , she has great pigmentation , but the whole package comes together on the move with great extension and footfall perfect , she can cover so much ground with effortless movement . She is most incredible , and she’s a credit to her breeder owner for her wonderful character condition and her attitude on the move is priceless . She’s an amazing female with great presentation . Another fabulous gold female , not as strong in body as the winner . But so feminine with a superb outline and type . Feminine head with great expression from dark oval eyes and good pigmentation . She has well placed pendant ears, goof fall, good width to foreface and underjaw. She a good reach of neck , well layed shoulder, strong topline well ribbed back and short in loin well carried tail . I like her proportions and well angled hindquarters. She is amazing on the move with great extension and balanced action. In glorious gold coat flowing on the move . She made a great performance to take the res cc in great company . Well presented and handled .
